Homeowners Policies
All versions of this package policy combine protection of property & liability. It protects your home, contents, and limited protection against losses that take place away from the home and to the property of others. The liability section protects the insured for personal liability that arises out of negligence. Medical payments apply to 3rd parties regardless of negligence.

Dwelling Policies
Provide protection against various perils. Liability and additional protection can be endorsed to the policy. This policy is used widely for properties that are non-owner occupied, i.e. rented residences and properties with multiple residences.
Renters Policies
Many people are unaware of the necessity of having a Renters policy. Even though you may not own the residence you occupy you need to insure the contents and your liability for the apartment. Replacing personal items can cost tens of thousands of dollars. In addition, a renter will be held responsible for the damage resulting from his/her negligence for slip & fall accidents, water damage, fire, smoke, etc.
Condo/Coop Insurance
Being that many condo/coop associations' bylaws may differ, it is important for the unit owner to be aware of their responsibilities in the event of a loss. A Condo/Coop Policy is essential not only for repairing/replacing the structural unit itself, yet also for replacing personal property and covering expenses associated with temporary emergency living. The association’s bylaws and/or proprietary lease contains information on where the association’s responsibility ends and where the unit owners' begins.
